Essential level is open to new students. Class focuses on basic principles and essential level exercises.

Essential and Intermediate level combined. Continues to focus on basic principles but begins to add intermediate exercises challenging the flexibility, strength and coordination levels.

Intermediate level, participants must get the permission of staff to attend.

Advanced level, Our advanced classes work on mastering advanced level exercises of the Pilates method. Fine tuning and perfecting the basics of alignment and mechanics, advanced classes build strong foundation of strength and flexibility developed through previous Pilates experience. Not recommended for those with injuries or chronic medical conditions. This class requires staff permission to enter.
