EC = Equipment Class-Pilates class utilizing reformer, chair, Cadillac, and/or tower. Multiple private sessions are recommended before joining a class, at least one private session is required.
Mat = Pilates class on mats on the floor, sometimes utilizing small props such as Therabands, foam rollers, or fitness circles. Please bring your own mat or rent one for $2.00.
Yoga Fusion EC = A fusion of Yoga and Pilates utilizing the large equipment and Yoga mat exercises.

Equipment classes are open to 6 students. Advanced courses need permission from staff and be attending class at least twice a week. All course sessions are 55 minutes long.

Essential level is open to new students and those with injuries. Class focuses on core principles, building strength, and increasing flexibility.

 |
Mixed level incorporating both essential and intermediate level exercises. This class will challenge strength and flexibility while reinforcing basic biomechanics and traditional values.

| Adv |
 |
Advanced level, a traditional Pilates class focused on flow and continuity of exercises that build strength, flexibility, and challenge mindbody awareness. Must have permission from staff to attend.

The studio is located directly across from the Long Island Railroad station. Our door is between Gino's and Monterey restaurants. Come inside the office building, we are on the second floor.
